Global Therapist Alliance (GTA) is seeking compassionate and dedicated mental health clinicians to join our Clinician Care & Connect Services team.

This program offers one-on-one peer-based support spaces designed specifically for mental health professionals seeking support, counseling, mentorship, or guidance while navigating personal and professional challenges.

Mental health providers often face burnout, isolation, emotional strain, and the ongoing demands of clinical work. Our mission is to create supportive spaces centered on professional sustainability, collective care, and meaningful human connection.

This is not clinical supervision.
This is a space where clinicians can simply be human with people who truly understand the work.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed mental health clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologists, etc.)
• Master’s-level professionals in mental health-related fields
• Clinicians passionate about provider wellness and peer support
• Professionals committed to ethical, culturally responsive care

Eligibility:

Open to mental health professionals interested in providing one-on-one support, mentorship, guidance, and clinician-focused care.

Payment Model:

Private pay and sliding scale services.
