Structure: Community Healing Circles are culturally grounded focus groups that create space for people from diverse backgrounds in Minnesota to talk openly about mental well-being, stress, and emotional health. These conversations honor cultural values, lived experiences, and community wisdom while offering practical, accessible mental health education. This is a welcoming space to learn, reflect, and connect with others in community.
This service is offered by Global Therapist Alliance staff and mental health professionals upon request. Community Healing Circles can be hosted virtually, in-house, and at partner or community locations.
Eligibility Criteria: These circles are open to all community members and are available to both organizations and individuals. Individuals may inquire about joining existing groups, and organizations may request custom focus groups or community presentations for their communities, teams, or members. As a pilot program, Community Healing Circles are being offered by GTA professionals to support community healing together in response to crisis, collective stress, and challenging times.
Payment: Private pay and sliding-scale options are available.
