Lindsey Teigland

Dr. Lindsey Teigland, PhD, LP is a Licensed Psychologist in the State of Minnesota. Dr. Teigland is honored to spend her career listening to people’s stories and serving the caretakers of the world in her roles as Program Director and faculty member for Saint Mary's University of Minnesota's Counseling and Psychological Services MA program and as a psychologist in private practice. Dr. Teigland’s diverse clinical experience also includes previously working in several college counseling centers, outpatient clinics, and a VA residential treatment center. These roles have allowed her to work with a wide range of clients, including adults, adolescents, veterans, and individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and religious backgrounds. Lindsey strives to show up with compassion, integrity, and humility in all areas of her personal and professional life. Dr. Teigland is a spouse and mother who loves spending time outside enjoying the many lakes and parks around the Twin Cities of Minnesota.
